urlu is provided ‘as is’. QR generation, URL shortening, document hosting, and APIs may change or stop without notice.
The service is free with no paid tier or quota today. Commercial use (print, apps, internal tools) is allowed.
Acceptable use
You may use urlu for lawful URL shortening, QR creation, document sharing, and API automation. Avoid excessive load on shared infrastructure.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- Create links or documents that point to phishing, malware, or illegal content
- Publish material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy
- Attack service availability (extreme traffic, exploitation)
- Manipulate ad clicks or traffic in violation of AdSense or similar programs
Your content and links
You are responsible for URLs and documents you create. urlu does not pre-moderate user content and may remove material reported, legally required, or policy-violating.
If you lose the editToken you cannot edit or delete the document. Store it securely.
