Information we collect
urlu does not require accounts. When you shorten a URL we may store the destination, short code, expiry, and click count. When you publish a document we store title, body, format, and timestamps.
Server logs may include IP address, User-Agent, and request time. The QR API (/api/qr) does not persist request payloads—it returns an image only.
Cookies and advertising
We may set a locale cookie to remember your language preference (ko/en).
If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage preferences at google.com/settings/ads.
We publish ads.txt and place ads only on pages with substantial site-owned content (home, guides). User-published documents at /posts do not carry ad units.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to operate the service (redirects, click stats, document rendering), prevent abuse, analyze usage, and comply with law.
Short links remain until deleted or expired. Documents can be removed by anyone holding the editToken; optional expiresIn blocks access after the deadline.
Third parties
Hosting (e.g., Vercel), database (e.g., Supabase), and advertising (Google AdSense) providers may process data as needed to run the service.
We may disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
You can edit or delete documents you published with the editToken. To remove a short link, contact the operator with the code.
Privacy questions can be sent to the contact address published on the site.
